Refund Policy

offering authentic handmade products made in Portugal. We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products at all times.

Due to the nature of the handcrafted product, we do not n s not returns. Only items originally defective or damaged will be refunded.

REFUND (DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY)

To claim a refund for your damaged item, it must be unused and in the condition you received it. Please follow these steps to request your refund:

- Email us with your proof of purchase, a photo of the item and the reason for the refund within 72 hours of receipt of your item to: info@terrymeboutique.com
- We will email you a prepaid return label that you can affix to your return package.
- We will notify you by email as soon as we have received the item to be refunded and we will refund the full amount of your purchase to your credit card or other original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
The shipping cost for returning the damaged item is FREE.
